Senior Customer Success Manager
BrandTotal is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The Senior CSM will own a portfolio of customers and be responsible for driving customer outcomes from onboarding to renewal. As Senior CSM, you will play an important coach role in the day-to-day of the Customer Success team. As a “coach” you are responsible for supporting the rest of the CS team in reaching team goals and maintaining best practices. You will be responsible for mastering the BrandTotal platform and becoming a trusted advisor to customers across the full spectrum of platform solutions and features, as well as act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner by involving the appropriate teams. This position is based in New York or another major East Coast City.
Qualifications include 5+ years of Customer Success experience, with a preference to prior SaaS experience within ad-tech, analytics, or another similar industry. An ideal candidate will have a social media strategy background with knowledge of social media usage, platforms, content, KPIs, and paid and organic best practices, amongst other things.

BrandTotal is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. As Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to our prospective clients. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues engagements. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.
Some of your responsibilities will include collaborating on business development opportunities, owning the technical aspect of the customer/partner pre-sales activity, and essentially being the BrandTotal product expert liaison. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of overall solution development/architecture experience, 3+ years of deep understanding and experience with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and relevant platforms. Google Ads (Adwords) and Google Analytics experience is a must. This is a fluid position as we need someone to work EST hours but can be based in the U.S. or Israel.

As Account Executive, you’ll be directly responsible for sourcing and growing BrandTotal’s Monthly Recurring Revenue by adding new mid-market accounts to the BrandTotal client roster. You’ll obsess over finding our future customers and driving/closing opportunities to achieve breakout revenue growth. You will be a key contributor in creating a fun, energetic and financially successful growth culture, leading by example. This is a remote position and we are seeking a candidate based in the U.S.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building a pipeline of potential mid-market B2B prospects, actively assessing and improving current sales tools, presentation materials, sales collateral, playbooks, pitches, messaging, etc, and accurately assessing and communicating pipeline and revenue forecasts. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience as a direct contributor, a proven aptitude for managing pipelines and forecasting, and a background in similar positions in MarTech, AdTech, digital media, and/or analytics is preferred.

Data Analyst Team Lead
We are looking for a highly-motivated person with strong analytical skills, who likes to investigate data and derive great insights from it. A candidate who is willing and able to meet challenges head-on, solve problems independently, and thrive in the dynamic work environment of a startup. As Data Analyst Team Lead, you will take control of our data analysis and have a large impact on the value we give our customers, and have access to the most cutting-edge technologies available.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience with data analysis or an equivalent role, as well as excellent hands-on SQL and Excel skills. High proficiency in English and experience in leading a team of data analysts is also a must.

Head of Data
We are seeking a data leader to develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive data strategy. This role will work with all divisions in the company to help accelerate data acquisition, development, integrity, compliance, and analysis. The Head of Data will be able to make an immediate impact on our organization, playing a critical role in growing our product team and shaping the evolution of our rapidly scaling company. This position reports to the VP Product and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Key responsibilities taken up by this position include taking on a range of data-related functions including data management, ensuring data quality and data strategy. As Lead, this position will mentor and measure the Data Team on performance, outcomes, and day-to-day tasks, as well as meet with stakeholders regularly to identify data, reporting, and analytics needs. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of work in data related fields with experience working as a data or BI lead in a SAAS company. Proficiency in SQL is a must.

Director of B2C Growth
BrandTotal is seeking a Director of B2C Growth to join our growing team. The Director of B2C Growth will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, monitoring and optimizing revenue funnels, and executing growth programs. As a Director of B2C Growth , you will work with multidisciplinary teams on the sustainability growth of our B2C product, lead the strategy for user acquisition and retention, and collaborate with partners to ensure revenue stream.
Responsibilities include planning and executing B2C growth initiatives to ensure sustainability, owning and driving user acquisition and retention strategy, overseeing the marketing and retention budget, and working closely with Product Management on defining the user journey and experience. We are seeking a data-driven decision maker with 5+ years of experience in user or product growth for B2C operations, someone with experience in business development and partnerships, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a large user-base acquisition pipeline. Senior Software Engineer

As senior software engineer, you will take the lead in designing, coding and maintaining data aggregators, different client collection tools and robust serverless functions that drive our analytics platform to the next level.
5+ years of backend programming experience with a solid background in an object oriented programming language is what we’re looking for. Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and proficiency in SQL databases is also preferred. This position is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
